摘　　要：该文采取抽样调查方式,以江阴人力资源公共服务网发布的江阴地区会计人才招聘信息为基础,从职位分布、学历要求、工作经验、职称资格证书等七个维度进行了描述性统计分析。根据统计分析结果可得出以下结论。Based on the recruitment information of Accountants in Jiangyin area published by Jiangyin Human Resources Public Service Network, this paper conducts descriptive statistical analysis from seven dimensions, such as position distribution, educational requirements, work experience and professional title qualification certificate. According to the results of statistical analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn.
