摘  要:创新创业教育在国家推动的"双创"背景下蓬勃发展,各类高校均响应国家号召,在高校内部开展各类创新创业教育,这是高等教育的改革方向之一。鉴于以上原因,介绍激励理论的内涵,并尝试从激励理论的角度,分析目前创新创业教育存在的问题,进而在激励理论的基础上提出创新创业教育的指导工作思路,对落实高等教育综合改革和提高大学生创新创业基本素质意义重大。Innovation and entrepreneurship education thrives in the context of 'double innovation' promoted by the state. All kinds of colleges and universities respond to the call of the state and carry out various types of innovation and entrepreneurship education within colleges and universities, which is one of the reform directions of higher education.In view of the above reasons, this paper introduces the connotation of incentive theory, and tries to from the perspective of incentive theory, analysis of the current problems of creative education, and then on the basis of the incentive theory and innovation entrepreneurship education guidance idea, to implement the comprehensive reform of higher education and improve the basic quality of college students’ innovative undertaking is of great significance.
