论“三型”人才导向下本科电子商务实践教学改革

摘　　要：培养"创新型、复合型、应用型"人才是应用型高校本科人才培养目标。电子商务领域的瞬息万变对电子商务专业人才培养提出了新要求,需要更加注重培养学生的实践能力,实践教学改革势在必行。电子商务实践教学改革应着眼于教师教学能力和学生应用创新能力的提高,通过探索实践类课程教学团队组建、教学内容改革、教学技能和教学方法改进等措施,有效提升实践教学质量,将电子商务实践类课程打造成为"三型"人才能力培养的有效载体,旨在进一步完善高校人才培养机制。Training innovative, compound and applied talents is the goal of undergraduate talents training in applied universities. The rapid changes in the field of e-commerce has put forward new requirements for E-commerce?Professional Talents Training. More attention should be paid to the development of students’ practical ability, and the reform of practical teaching is imperative. The reform of E-commerce practice teaching should focus on the improvement of teachers’ teaching ability and students’ application and innovation ability. Through exploring the measures of teaching team formation, teaching content reform, teaching skills and teaching methods improvement, the quality of practice teaching can be effectively improved, and the E-commerce practice course can be built into an effective carrier for thedevelopment of 'three-type' talentsability, aiming to further perfecting talents Training Mechanism in Universities.
