摘　　要："大众创业,万众创新",搞好大学生创新教育,已经成为评价高校人才培养质量的重要指标。该文基于"创新引领创业"理念,在分析大学生科技创新实践活动存在的突出问题和协同创新理论的基础上,提出大学生协同创新生态环境建设的思路,形成创新思维方法课程、学校创新环境和校企合作机制三环特色协同创新生态建设理念,并从创新思维方法课程建设、校企协同创新平台建设以及大学生协同创新制度等方面进行了探讨和实践。实践表明,该方法和举措对高校人才培养模式改革和促进企业技术发展具有重要意义,值得推广。'Mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation' and improving college students’ innovation education have become important indicators to evaluate the quality of college personnel training. This article is based on the concept of 'innovation leads the entrepreneurship', in the analysis of problems existing in the college students’ science and technology innovation practice activity and collaborative innovation theory, on the basis of collaborative innovation, the thinking of university students jointly innovate ecological environment construction is putted forward, the concept of the ecological construction of the three-ring characteristics of collaborative innovation based on innovation thinking method course, school environment and mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation is formed, it is discussed and practiced that innovative thinking method course, Construction of school-enterprise collaborative innovation platform and university student collaborative innovation system are constructed. The practice shows that the method and measures are great significance to the reform of the personnel training mode of colleges and universities and to the promotion of technological development of enterprises, it is worth promoting.
