摘　　要：新形势下,社会不断发展,社会经济日益发展对人才的需求也发生了改变,社会上越来越需要更加高素质的综合型人才。高校作为人才培养的重要场所,应该重视和加强对人才的培养。我国一直倡导"大众创业,万众创新"政策,高校开展和推进创新创业教育对于培养学生高素质有重要作用。基于此该文针对"双创"背景下大学生创新创业素质培养展开了研究。Under the new situation, the society develops unceasingly, the social economy development also has the change to the talented person’s demand day by day, the society more and more needs the more high quality synthesis talented person. As an important place for talent cultivation, colleges and universities should attach importance to and strengthen the cultivation of talents. China has always advocated the policy of 'mass entrepreneurship and innovation',and the development and promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities play an important role in cultivating high-quality students. Based on this, this paper studies the cultivation of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship quality under the background of 'innovation and entrepreneurship'.
