摘　　要：思想政治教育有利于提升学生综合素质,提升学生心理健康水平,直接影响学生的就业。高校正处在转型发展关键时期,每年毕业生数量逐渐增加,但是社会就业岗位较为有限,社会进步发展促使社会对各个岗位人才的素质与质量具有更高的要求,这就使得大学生就业方面存在着困难。该文对大学思想政治教育存在的问题做了分析,提出以就业为导向的大学思政教育对策,为提升高校大学生的思想政治教育效率打下良好的基础。The ideological and political education is beneficial to improve students’comprehensive quality,promote students’psychological health level,directly affect the students’employment.Critical period is in transition and development in colleges and universities,the annual number of graduates increase gradually,but the social employment is relatively limited,social development promotes social progress for each post personnel’s quality and quality have a higher request,this makes the exist in college students’employment difficult.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the college ideological and political education,taking employment as the guidance of the university education education countermeasures,in order to promote the efficiency of ideological and political education of college students to lay a good foundation.
