摘　　要：在提高大学生创业意识,提升大学生创业能力的时代背景下,各院校对于大学生创新创业能力的培养给予了高度的关注。如何提高大学生创新能力,促使大学生将知识与实践结合在一起,实现自身综合素质的提升是我们必须要考虑的问题,该文系统地阐述了大学生创新能力培养现状,并在此基础上创造性地提出了相应的解决对策,旨在进一步提高大学生的创新能力,为学生今后的就业和求职坚定坚实而又牢固的基础。Under the background of improving college students'entrepreneurial awareness and improving their entrepreneurial ability,colleges and universities have paid great attention to the cultivation of college students'innovative and entrepreneurial ability.How to improve the innovation ability of college students,to promote the combination of knowledge and practice,and to improve the comprehensive quality of college students is a problem we must consider.This paper systematically expounds the status quo of the cultivation of college students'innovative ability,and on this basis,creatively puts forward the corresponding solutions aimed to further improve the innovation ability of college students and provides a solid foundation for students'future employment and job search.
