摘　　要：独立学院怎样将应用型创新人才培养目标贯穿到实践教学的各个环节,如何构建不同于传统的实践教学体系已成为独立学院人才培养工作的重中之重。以里仁学院实训中心实践教学体系为例,阐述以成果产出为导向建立独立学院工科学生能力培养的实践教学体系,切实提高了实践教学质量,增加了学生学习的积极性,增强了学生的实践能力与创新能力。How to apply the training objectives of application-oriented innovative talents to each link of practical teaching in independent colleges,and how to build a practical teaching system different from the traditional one has become the priority among priorities in the training of talents in independent colleges.Taking the practical teaching system of the practical training center of liren college as an example,this paper expounds the establishment of a practical teaching system oriented by the output of results to cultivate the ability of engineering students in independent colleges,which improves the quality of practical teaching,increases students'enthusiasm for learning,and enhances students'practical ability and innovation ability.
