摘　　要：精细化管理作为一种细致、有效的管理理念越来越被各行业接受和认可。当前,海南"一区一港"建设为地方大学生提供了更多的就业机会,同时,也对地方高校在人才培养和就业指导工作提出了新要求。如何更精准地对大学生给予就业指导,一方面为海南的"一区一港"建设提供人才支持,另一方面,能提升大学生在面对新机遇和新挑战时的就业竞争力和适应力,这个课题的研究有着现实的意义。Refined management as a detailed and effective management concept has been more and more accepted and recognized by various industries.At present,Hainan's“one district,one port"construction has provided more employment opportunities for local college students.At the same time,it has also put forward new requirements for local colleges and universities in personnel training and employment guidance.How to give college students more accurate guidance on employment,on the one hand,to provide personnel support for the construction of"one area,one port"in Hainan,and on the other hand,to enhance the employment competitiveness and adaptability of college students in the face of new opportunities and new challenges.The study of this topic has practical significance.
