摘　　要：创业胜任力是在创业过程中促使创业成功所必须具备的核心能力,该文通过对创业胜任力内涵和构成要素的分析,提出创业品质、创业知识、创业能力和创业心理是构成创业胜任力的四个维度。同时对创业胜任力视角下创业教育存在的问题进行了分析,提出通过明确创业教育目标、完善创业教育课程体系、创新课堂教学方式、优化创业师资队伍结构、开拓创业教育实践平台来提高大学生的创业胜任力。Entrepreneurial competency is the core to promote entrepreneurial success in the process of entrepreneurship.This paper analyzes the connotation and constituent elements of entrepreneurial competence.It proposes that entrepreneurial quality,entrepreneurial knowledge,entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial psychology are the four dimensions of entrepreneurial competence.At the same time,it analyzes the problems existing in entrepreneurial education from the perspective of entrepreneurial competence.This paper proposes the following ways to enhance entrepreneurial competence namely clarifying the goals of entrepreneurship education,perfecting the curriculum system of entrepreneurship education,innova ting teaching methods,optimizing the structure of entrepreneurial faculty and exploring a practice platform for entrepreneurship education.
