新能源汽车在新疆发展现状、问题及对策研究

摘　　要：新能源汽车是指以新型能源的利用转化作为动力的汽车。我国量产的新能源汽车仍以纯电动和油电混动为主。新能源汽车的价值体现在科技进步、环境保护等方面。该文通过分析乌鲁木齐市新能源汽车的销售量与保有量,发现新疆维吾尔自治区新能源汽车发展明显落后于国内平均水平。New energy vehicles refer to vehicles powered by the utilization and transformation of new energy sources.China’s mass-produced new energy vehicles are still dominated by pure electric and oil-electric hybrid.The value of new energy vehicles is embodied in scientific and technological progress,environmental protection and other aspects.By analyzing the sales and ownership of new energy vehicles in Urumqi,this paper finds that the development of new energy vehicles in Xinjiang Autonomous Region is obviously behind the domestic average level.
