摘　　要：在加快推进'双一流'高校建设的背景下,高校二级学院工作正面临着诸多挑战,如何实现工会有效运转成为亟待解决的问题。高校二级学院工会要全面改革传统工作方法,积极探索和实践项目化管理的新思维、新模式,以引入项目化管理为手段推进工作创新,使工会组织在高校改革发展中发挥应有作用。该文在厘清二级学院工会项目化管理的必要性、可行性和创新性分析基础上,结合工会工作的具体实践,提出加强项目化建设的几点建议和思考。Under the background of accelerating the construction of'Double First-Class'colleges and universities,the work of secondary colleges and universities is facing many challenges.The union of secondary colleges should comprehensively reform the traditional working methods,actively explore and practice the new thinking and new mode of project-based management,promote work innovation by introducing project-based management,and make the trade union play its due role in the reform and development of colleges and universities.On the basis of clarifying the necessity,feasibility and innovation of the project-based management of the trade union in the secondary colleges and combining with the specific practice of the work of the trade union,this paper puts forward some Suggestions and thoughts on strengthening the project-based construction.
