高校开展精准化就业工作的思路探析

摘　　要：当前就业市场对人才的需求更加专业化、品质化。改善高校传统大众化、粗放式的就业指导,实施全方位的精准指导帮扶政策,能够有效提升学生的就业质量。该文通过分析高校精准化就业工作的重要意义,对高校具体就业工作的开展以及学生就业质量的提升进行思路探析。At present,the demand of employment market is more specialized and quality-oriented.Improving the popular and extensive employment guidance in universities and implementing a comprehensive and precise guidance and assistance policy can effectively improve the quality of students’employment.Through the analysis of the significance of precision employment in universities,this paper explores the development of specific employment in universities and the improvement of students’employment quality.
