独立学院大学生自我认知对就业倾向影响研究

摘　　要：根据如今的社会现状来看,中国的教育事业在朝着一个兴盛的方向发展,在2018年最新教育部门的数据统计中,国家普通高校毕业生的人数达到了820万人,与2017年对比时可以看出来多了25万人,在这其中独立学院的大学生更是增加了很多,人数的增加便对就业造成很大的压力。独立学院的大学生面临更大的压力,就业倾向的选择与自我认知之间互相存在矛盾。独立学院的大学生受到社会各界舆论的影响,也有自身家庭的影响,通常因为自我认知出现了迷茫而导致对自己的选择出现了问题。无论是不是独立学院的大学生,在大学期间都属于人生转折的一个重要时期,也是三观形成的一个时期,这篇文章将针对独立学院的大学生进行深刻的剖析。According to the current situation of today’s society,the cause of China’s education in the direction of a thriving,the data of the latest education department in 2018,the number of national ordinary university graduates reached 8.2 million people,compared with 2017,when can see out more than 250000 people,in which the college students is increased a lot of independent college,the increase of the number and did a lot of pressure on employment.College students in independent colleges are facing greater pressure,and there is a contradiction between the choice of employment tendency and self-cognition.College students in independent colleges are influenced by public opinions from all walks of life,as well as their own families.They are often confused about their self-cognition,which leads to problems in their choices.College students,whether they are independent college students or not,are in an important period of life transition and also a period of the formation of the three values.This article will make a profound analysis of college students in independent colleges.
