摘　　要：教育在于促进学生形成健康的人格,学会学习与生活的能力,能够坦然的由'高校小殿堂'步入'社会大舞台'。面对社会的就业挑战和'一流大学和一流学科'的建设要求,需在新时期构建符合当今高校设计类女生就业的平台。本论文探究基于'8S'理论视角下的高校设计类女生就业策略,以'8S'理论结构为摇篮,构建符合当前高校女生发展的就业平台。Education is to promote students to form a healthy personality,learn the ability to study and live,and can calmly move from the'small hall of colleges and universities'to the'social stage'.In the face of the employment challenge of society and the construction requirements of'first-class universities and first-class disciplines',it is necessary to construct a platform for the employment of design girls in colleges and universities in the new period.This paper explores the employment strategy of female design girls in colleges and universities from the perspective of'8S'theory,and takes the theoretical structure of'8S'as the cradle to construct an employment platform in line with the current development of female students in colleges and universities.
