摘　　要：党的十九大提出国家实施创新驱动发展战略。'双创'战略背景下,创新型人才培养是高校一项重要任务,专业社团是创新型人才培养的重要载体。运用项目化管理思维,发挥项目化管理的资源整合和管理优势,以'项目'为基本组织形式,突出专业社团在服务双创实践、引领双创文化、孵化双创项目的功能定位,打造社团双创品牌活动,厚植双创项目孵化培育土壤,服务高校创新型人才培养。The Nineteenth National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party(CCP)reiterated the innovation-driven strategy for national development.The cultivation of innovative talents in Colleges and Universities becomes a crucial task to support this strategy.Professional associations have become an important carrier for cultivating innovative talents.Utilizing the principles of project management that award the advantages of integrated resources,we highlight the practical roles of professional associations in serving innovative practices,nurturing innovative culture,and accelerating the growth and success of innovative projects.We propose professional associations to establish brand innovative activities and encourage the incubation of innovative projects,to serve cultivation of innovative talents task in Colleges and Universities.
