资助育人背景下高校学生自强自信精神培养路径探析

摘  要:随着高校学生资助政策体系的不断完善,高校学生资助工作已进入了新的发展时期。虽然资助体系解决了家庭经济困难生经济方面的后顾之忧,但资助更重要在于育人,尤其是家庭经济困难生自强自信精神的培育不容忽视。为进一步提升高校学生综合素质,强化资助育人效果,促进学生资助工作从保障型资助向发展型资助转变,高校必须整合资源,转变工作理念,坚持育人为资助的主导向,多维度、多方式进行培育。With the continuous improvement of the university student of the funding of policy system,it has entered a new period of development.Although the funding system has dealt with the economic worries of family economic difficulties,the funding is more important to educate people,especially the family economic difficulties,the cultivation of self-improvement and self-confidence cannot be ignored.In order to further improve the overall quality of university students,strengthen the effect of subsidizing education,and promote the transformation of student financial assistance from support-based funding to development-oriented funding,universities must integrate resources,change work concepts,and adhere to the leadership of education as a way,multi-dimensional and multimode to cultivate.
