摘　　要：近年来,国家对大学生创业提供了多种政策支持和优惠条件,高校方面也通过建立大学生孵化基地,为大学生创业提供必要的培训与指导,可以说大学生创业迎来了前所未有的良好机遇。但是在创业过程中,大学生自身的创业素质、创业能力,仍然是决定创业能否成功的至关重要的因素,需要针对现阶段大学生创业素质存在的一些问题,给出提升创业素质和能力的对策。In recent years,the state has provided a variety of policy support and preferential conditions for college students’entrepreneurship.Colleges and universities also provide necessary training and guidance for college students’entrepreneurship through the establishment of college students’incubation base.It can be said that college students’entrepreneurship has ushered in unprecedented good opportunities.However,in the process of entrepreneurship,the quality and ability of college students’entrepreneurship are still the key factors to determine the success of entrepreneurship.In view of the problems existing in the quality of college students’entrepreneurship at this stage,we need to give some countermeasures to improve the quality and ability of entrepreneurship.
