摘　　要：职业诚信是指从业人员在工作岗位上遵循诚实守信的职业道德,诚实劳动、信守承诺、诚恳待人,善意行使权利和履行义务。职业诚信教育隶属于职业道德教育,是培养大学生诚实工作兑现承诺的道德品质教育。该文分析了发展大学生职业诚信教育的意义;从课程课堂教育和校园文化教育探讨了六种职业诚信教育的新方法,即案例教学法、情境教学法、翻转课堂、团体辅导、榜样教育和自我教育,旨在灵活运用多种教法提升大学生的职业道德。Professional integrity refers to the employees in the work station to follow the honest and trustworthy professional ethics,honest work,keep promises,treat others sincerely,exercise rights and perform obligations in good faith.Vocational integrity education is attached to vocational ethics education,which is to train college students to fulfill their promises of honest work.This paper analyzes the significance of developing college students’professional integrity education.From the curriculum classroom education and campus culture education,it explores six new methods of education of professional integrity,namely case teaching method,situational teaching method,flipping classroom,group counseling,education of role model and self-education.It aims to use a variety of teaching methods to improve the professional ethics of college students.
