摘　　要：该文旨在响应国家'大众创业,万众创新'的号召,立足于福建省三明学院,组建大学生团队进行特色咖啡馆的创业训练项目,通过线上线下的问卷调查和数据统计分析,团队运作了咔忆咖啡馆和上海华开实业有限公司。经过几个月的经营,团队取得了微薄的利润和创业经验,感受到了创业的艰辛,体验到通过创业训练,可以不断增强大学生的创新意识和创新思维,提高分析问题和解决问题的能力。The purpose of this article is to respond to the national call of'mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation',and a team of college students was set up to carry out entrepreneurship training programs for characteristic cafes in Sanming University,Fujian Province.After a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis in O2 O,the team has run Kayi Cafe and Shanghai Huakai Industry Co.,Ltd.It has made meager profits and entrepreneurial experience after several months of operation,felt the hardships of entrepreneurship,and experienced that college students’innovative consciousness and innovative thinking can be enhanced and their ability to analyze and solve problems can also be improved through entrepreneurship training.
