摘  要:观察了KT-30与GA_3处理对美味猕猴桃座果、果实发育和品质形成的影响。开花期分别用KT-3040mg·L^(-1)和GA_3500mg·L^(-1)处理花蕾可诱导单性结实;花后20d用KT-3010mg·L^(-1)处理幼果可明显促进果实生长、提高果实中淀粉和糖含量,但降低果实硬度和钙含量且果实外观品质较差。开花后2周用KT-305mg·L^(-1)与GA_3200mg·L^(-1)的混合液处理幼果,可促进果实生长,提高果实硬度,不降低果实外观品质,处理效果最佳。In order to elucidate the mechanism of fruit development,and to develop methods for im- proving fruit quality of kiwifruit,the effects of KT-30 and GA<sub>3</sub> on fruit set,development and quality were investigated.① The treatment of 10 mg·L<sup>-1</sup> KT-30 carried out at 20 days after anthesis greatly promoted ‘Abbott’ fruit growth.Although fruit firmness,percentage of dry matter,contents of soluble solids and calcium in the treated fruits were lower than those in the control fruits,nonstructural carbohydrate (starch+sugar) content in the treated fruits was higher than that in the control fruits throughout the growth.There was no clear difference in the storage performance and taste between the treated and con- trol fruits.②spraying 40 mg·L<sup>-1</sup> KT-30 or 500 mg·L<sup>-1</sup> GA<sub>3</sub> on unpollinated flowers of ‘Monty’ at an- thesis induced parthenocarpy.The KT-30-induced seedless fruits were morphologically abnormal,but were larger than the seeded ones.However,the GA<sub>3</sub>-induced seedless fruits were very small.③The el- fects of KT-30 and GA<sub>3</sub> on the enlargement of ;fruits varied with treatment time and concentrations,and with combination of growth regulators.KT-30 applied to the buds of Monty at 1 day before anthesis had a little effect on the enlargement of fruits,while the application made at 2 weeks after anthesis was greatly effective.Although KT-30 treatment after anthesis caused fruits with rib,the treatment before anthesis did not.As the concentration of KT-30 increased the fruit size and the percentage of fruits with rib in- creased,while the firmness of the fruits decreased.Treating the fruits with a mixture of 5 mg.L<sup>-1</sup> KT-30 and 200 mg.L<sup>-1</sup> GA<sub>3</sub> at 2 weeks after anthesis increased both fruit firmness and fruit size,and decreased the percentage of ribbed fruits.
