摘  要:通过实地考察云南省鲜切花生产和流通现状,分析了我国目前鲜切花外运中存在的问题。根据鲜切花采后生理特性,在借鉴技术发达国家成功经验的基础上,结合我国鲜切花生产流通现状设计了流通程序,讨论了预冷、低温运输、批发市场的保冷、低温贮藏等冷链流通各个环节的技术措施。Current problems in transportation of fresh cut flower were analyzed with observations for production and transportation of fresh cut flowers on the spot of Yunnan province.Based on the posthar- vest physiological traits of freshcut flowers and successful experiences of transportation of the flowers in the developed countries,procedures for transportation of fresh cut flower in Chinese conditions were de- signed.Technical measures in precooling,low-temperature transportation,cool-keeping in the wholesale market,and low-temperature storage of fresh cut flowers were also discussed in this paper.
