天津市农机化发展水平影响因素对比研究

摘　　要：从影响天津市农业机械化发展水平的因素中,按照影响强度、影响的直接性与间接性及可观测性选出农机总动力、政府对农机事业的投入、农机社会化服务组织、农机户农机经营总收入和农机化培训5个主要因素。介绍了灰色关联法的概念和计算步骤,采用这5个主要影响因素2000—2008年的统计数据,运用灰色关联法进行定量计算,对各影响因素排序,并与2007、2006和2005年的计算结果进行了对比研究。结果表明,农机社会化服务程度与农业机械化综合发展水平的关联度由2005年和2006年的第4位上升到2007年和2008年的第3位。因此认为,从2007年开始,农机社会化服务组织对农业机械化发展水平的影响更加显著。The mechanization of agriculture is an important section of the modern agriculture. In this article the paper put forward the constrained aspects of agricultural mechanization development. Such as the total power of farm machinery, the support degree of the agriculture mechanization from the government, the degree of farm machinery socialization service, the net income per capital of the peasant, the education level of peasant. The paper uses gray system theory to analyze connection among the key point of the present mechanization of agriculture development. The conclusions of comparisive research indicate that the degree of farm machinery socialization service and the agriculture mechanization level is highly related more and more.
