“三化”同步发展的实证分析——以长三角区域常州溧阳市南钱村为例

摘　　要：以常州溧阳南钱村为例,实证分析了该村在没有工业,唯一的资源是山与水的情况下,其农业现代化与工业化、城镇化得到了同步发展,生产装备结构进一步优化。主要原因是常州市城镇与工业经济的快速发展,有利于工业反哺农业、城市支持农村。常州强劲的工业发展态势,为现代农业的发展提供了坚强有力的后盾。文中认为南钱村今后发展现代农业,应以精准农业为基础,用现代物质条件装备农业,提高农业物质装备水平,大力培育新型农民,提高农村劳动者素质,同时要加强建立以工促农、以城带乡的长效机制。Empirical analysis of Nanqian village,Changzhou city,which is in the absence of industrial,the only resource is mountains and water.Its modern agriculture,industrialization and urbanization has been a simultaneous development,production equipment structure was further optimized.The main reason is the rapid development of towns and industrial economy in Changzhou city.It helps industry nurturing agriculture and cities support rural areas.The strong industrial development trend in Changzhou city provides a strong and powerful backing for development of modern agriculture.Developing modern agriculture of Nanqian village should make precision agriculture as the foundation,arm agriculture with modern material conditions,improve the level of agricultural materials and equipment,cultivate new farmers,improve the quality of workers in rural areas,enhance to establish a long-term mechanism of'industry promotes agriculture,urban area elevates rural area'.
