摘　　要：只有建立健全的林业科技政策,才能确保林业的可持续发展。该文通过科技政策、林业科技政策的相关研究,针对性地提出促进林业发展的政策建议,确保林业走上科技兴林之路。第一部分介绍了科技政策的相关研究内容;第二部分对林业科技政策的重要组成部分,即林业科技政策的界定、林业科技成果推广和转化政策的研究现状、存在问题进行了综述。从研究者的视角将目前的研究分为微观研究和宏观研究,最后指出林业科技政策方面的研究在中国还处在表层上的研究,探讨促进林业产业成长的发展机制、科学战略和林业政策等问题是一项探索性的研究。Only by establishing a sound science and technology policy of forestry,can ensure the sustainable development of forestry.This paper puts forward pertinencely the suggestions to promote the development or forestry through the study of science and technology policy of forestry.It talked about the study of policy in science and technology,discussed the definition and extension of forestry technology policy and problems of technology policy of forestry.The current research was divided into the micro and macro study from the perspective of the researchers.It pointed out that forestry science and technology policy research in China was still at the surface of the research.It is an exploratory research to discuss the growth mechanism of promoting the development of forestry industry,scientific strategy and forestry policies,etc.
