摘  要:针对甜高粱收割的技术难点,提出了一种甜高粱收割机的设计方案,重点研究了割台的可伸缩茎穗兼收装置、上下输送装置、液压升降装置等关键部件的工作原理。通过试验,研究了甜高粱果穗和茎秆联合收获技术,自主创新研制的强制拨禾喂入、多组刀片分层扶持切割的收获割台,实现了果穗和茎秆的分层切断,分段长度无级可调,适应多品种、不同高度的甜高粱果穗的收获和茎秆的切割与铺放,解决了甜高粱脱粒及清选技术难题,为高秆植株作物茎穗联合收获技术的研究提供了参考依据。Sweet sorghum harvester design was proposed about technical difficulties for sweet sorghum harvest.Operating principles of some critical components,like stretch stalk-spike-reaping device,up and down transporter and hydraulic lifting device,were researched.Sweet sorghum stalk and ear combine harvest techniques were studied.And header with force reel import arrangement and multiple-unit blades layering to push stalks towards cutterbar for cutting was independently developed innovative.Cluster and straw were cut off layer by layer,and segmented length infinitely adjusted.Device could adapt to many varieties and different height of sweet sorghum ear harvest and stem cutting and placement.Sweet sorghum threshing and cleaning technology were solved.It proves a reference for research of high stalk crops stalk-spike-reaping device.
