摘 要:在底盘油脂集中润滑系统油箱内安装了温度传感器,在主油路首末端分别安装了压力变送器。利用虚拟仪器技术,研究环境温度变化对润滑系统工作压力的影响规律。结果表明,主油路首末端压力峰值以及首末端压力峰值差随着油脂温度的增加而增加,首端压力峰值在25℃左右达最大值,末端压力峰值在10℃左右达最大值。随着温度的继续增加,首末端压力峰值均下降,温度越高,降低越明显。首端残压随温度增加而降低,但温度对末端残压的影响不显著。Tempeture sensors were installed in the grease container of a centralized lubrication system for vehicle chassis,and pressure transmitters were installed at the beginning and the end of the main tube.The effect of ambient temperature on operating pressure of grease lubrication system was investigated in this paper employing the virtual instrument technology.The results revealed that the peak pressure values at the beginning and the end of the main tube as well as their differential pressures were increased with raise in grease temperature.The maximum peak pressure at the beginning and the end of the main tube occured when the ambient temperature was about 25℃ and 10℃ respectively.The peak pressure values at the beginning and the end of the main tube showed decreases along with temperature increasing remarkably at higher temperatures.The residual pressure at the beginning of the main tube followed a variation pattern similar to that of temperature,but at the end point the temperature's effect on the residual pressure was not significant.
