摘 要:精密播种机在工作时不可避免会出现重播、漏播和堵塞等现象,不能确保精播质量,该文设计了一套以AVR单片机为核心的排种检测系统。系统采用3对并列排布的红外发光二极管和光敏三极管分别作为光电传感器的发射端和接收端,实现多行精密播种全程的无盲区监测。通过传感器监测种子在排种管内的下落状况,对播种参数实时监测。当排种管下种出现异常现象时,发出报警信号,并及时通过RS-485通讯向工况监测仪报告故障位置和状态,最大限度减少漏检和误报警的可能性,提高了检测系统的准确性,从而提高播种机的工作效率和播种质量。田间试验结果表明,该系统性能稳定可靠,对农业生产具有巨大的生产意义和经济效益。For improving sowing quality of precision seeding and avoiding multiple,missing,and blocking at work,seeding performance detection system with AVR MCU as core was designed.This system realized no blind spots monitoring for precision seeding overall process by used three pairs of parallel infrared light-emitting diodes and infrared photosensitive triodes as emitter and receiver.Fall condition of seeds in sowing pipe and seeding parameters were monitored in real time.False warnings were reported when seeds fall was abnormal.False locations and states were showed by state monitoring device through RS-485 in timely.So missing and false alarm could be minimized,and accuracy of detection system was improving.Work efficiency and seeding quality were improving.Field experiments showed that that system performance was stable and reliable,and could bring great benefits of agricultural production and economic.
