摘 要:为了能够充分了解湿帘风机降温系统在嘉兴地区高温高湿环境下的降温效果,以及温室中温度分布特征,在一个占地面积约3072m2,安装有湿帘风机降温系统的8连栋塑料温室中进行了相关因素的测试。试验结果表明:在环境相对湿度62%的情况下,使用湿帘风机降温时,温室内部平均温度降幅可达到4.8℃左右。证明湿帘风机系统在高温高湿的南方夏季也具有一定的降温能力。温室中水平方向上存在明显的温度梯度,风机一侧与湿帘一侧的温度差为2.5℃,沿水平方向的温度梯度为0.063℃/m。温室中垂直方向上也存在明显的温度梯度,正午前后室外高温期间,温室中心部位垂直方向2个相差2m位置点的温度差为2.6℃。It is very important to know the cooling effect and temperature distribution with wet pad and fan system in agricultural production greenhouse in hot weather summer in Jiaxing region.An experiment was conducted to measure the related factors such as solar radiation,temperature inside and outside in a multi-span plastic greenhouse with an area of 3 072 m2 and equipped with 8 fans.Results indicates that in the situation of 62% relative humidity of outside the fan and pad system had a significant cooling effect with combination utilization of solar shading screens,and the mean temperature inside the greenhouse could be cooled down 4.8 ℃.As to temperature distribution,there was a temperature gradient of 0.063 ℃/m and around 2.5 ℃ difference horizontally from pad to fan.Vertical temperature gradient also occurred in greenhouse center location with a temperature difference of 2.6 ℃ between two temperature sensors in 2 m height difference.
