摘  要:利用TAMⅢ等温微量量热仪研究枯草芽孢杆菌BSn5与赤铁矿联合去除不同浓度的六价铬及复合体系中微生物活性的变化情况。随着六价铬浓度升高,总放热量降低,生长速率常数降低,抑制率升高。研究了赤铁矿-枯草芽孢杆菌复合体系对5种不同浓度六价铬的去除效果。结果表明,六价铬浓度会影响复合体系中微生物活性,并且复合体系对六价铬的去除率要优于单独赤铁矿的去除效果。Growth of Bacillus subtilis BSn5 had been investigated in LB medium at different doses of Cr(VI)with or without hematite.Metabolic heat flux decreased with increasing of Cr(VI)concentration,indicated that subtilis BSn5 reduced their metabolic activity to enhance cellular detoxification ability.Cell growth and total thermal effect had been successfully employed simultaneously to assess the effect of Cr(VI)on Bacillus subtilis BSn5 in the absence and presence of hematite.Relative removal capacity and removal intensity of hematite for Cr(VI)were higher with Bacillus subtilis BSn5 than that without Bacillus subtilis BSn5,demonstrated that it was possible to reduce the toxicity of Cr(VI)in contaminated environment by applying a combined approach of hematite and Bacillus subtilis BSn5.
