摘  要:以铁皮石斛种荚为外植体,研究了不同消毒方式、培养基配方对于外植体生长的影响,探索最适于原球茎分化诱导、壮苗生长和生根的培养基配方。结果表明:有利于原球茎分化诱导的培养基配方是1/2 MS+2.0mg/L BA+0.2mg/L NAA;适合壮苗生长的培养基配方是MS+3.0mg/L BA+1.0mg/L NAA+1.0mg/L KT+3%香蕉;适合幼苗生根的培养基配方是1/2MS+0.5mg/L NAA+3%香蕉+0.5%活性碳。Taking seed pods of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo as exophyte,effects of disinfection ways and medium formula on exophyte growth were studied.Optimum medium proportions for protocorm induction,strong seedlings growth and rootage were explored.Results showed that 1/2 MS+2.0 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L NAA solid culture medium was advantageous to induce protocorm,MS+3.0 mg/L BA+1.0 mg/L NAA+1.0 mg/L KT+3% banana solid culture medium was suitable for strong seedling growth,and 1/2 MS+0.5mg/L NAA+3% banana+0.5% active carbon solid culture medium was the best medium to induce root.
