摘　　要：以《土地开发整理项目预算定额标准(2011)》为基础,结合重庆市丘陵、山区农村土地整治工作实际情况,对重庆市158个土地整理项目和47个建设用地复垦项目预算编制中存在的问题进行剖析与总结,提出了完善预算编制的措施与对策,以期对重庆市土地整理项目预算编制的科学化与规范化提供依据。Basing on budget ration standard of land consolidation project,combing with the actual working conditions in the rural areas of Chongqing city,and analyzing about 158 land consolidation projects and 47 construction land reclamation projects in 2012,at the same time,some suggestions and measures aiming at solving of these issues were put forward in order to providing scientific basis for reasonable and normal use of the project fund in Chongqing city.
