摘  要:利用射流式真空紫外辐照模拟设备(BYΦ)模拟实际空间辐照条件,研究真空紫外辐照下CF/EP的损伤效应。质量损失、层间剪切强度、SEM和XRD结果表明:真空紫外辐照下CF/EP产生明显的质量损失,表面受到严重破坏;辐照初期层间剪切强度略有上升,随着辐照时间的延长层间剪切强度呈明显下降趋势;真空紫外辐照下碳纤维无明显变化,并且对树脂基体起到一定的保护作用。Damage effects of CF/EP under the vacuum ultraviolet radiation were studied using a gas-jet type of vacuum ultraviolet simulator (BYO)for simulating the ultraviolet radiation in real space. Results of mass loss, inter - layer shear strength, SEM and XRD shown that obvious mass loss of CF/EP was produced and the surface was suffered a severe damage under vacuum ultraviolet. The inter- layer shear strength slightly increased at the original period of radiation and presents a remarkable decreasing trend as increasing the radiation time. The carbon fibers have no obvious changes and serve as a protector for epoxy matrix under the vacuum ultraviolet radiation.
