摘　　要：无线电监测工作是无线电管理的重要组成部分,主要有常规监测和特殊监测。在此基础上阐述监测设备配置原则、监测管理系统的基本构成和监测管理系统数据库的建设以及我国无线电监测现状、存在问题和发展策略。Radio monitor is an important part of radio management, includes conventional and special monitor. Based on the above, it explains monitoring equipment layout principles, basic parts of monitor and management system, construction of its database as well as current situation, existing problems and development strategies of China's radio monitor.
