扶正祛邪法治疗坐骨神经痛100例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对补阳还五汤加味治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效观察,探讨中医扶正祛邪法的临床应用。方法:以补阳还五汤加味为基础方,再根据患者临床表现进行辨证施治,选加祛风、散寒、除湿及健脾和胃、滋补肝肾之药,每日一剂,水煎分四次服。结果:本组病例经上方8～25剂治疗后,临床治愈89例,显效7例,好转2例,无效2例。总有效率为98%,与单用祛风散寒除湿中药治疗相比,疗效有非常显著的差异(P【0.01)。结论:补阳还五汤加味治疗坐骨神经痛既体现了扶正固本为主,又兼顾了祛邪,既可治本,又可治标,因而取得了优于单用祛风散寒除湿法的疗效。唐基伟*Objective BuYangHuanWuTang in the treatment of sciatica Clinical Observation, Chinese foster the good of the clinical applications.Methods:Buyanghuanwu based on the taste of Tang, according to the clinical manifestations Differential Treatment, and Qufeng election, and cold-dispelling, dehumidifiers and Spleen and stomach, nourishing the liver and kidney of the drug, a daily, Decoction four service points.Results:The Case of the top 8-25 after treatment, 89 cases of clinically cured, effectual seven cases, improved two cases, ineffective in 2 cases. The total efficiency of 98%, and single Qufeng cold-dispelling dehumidification compared to traditional Chinese medicine treatment, efficacy was significantly different (P<0.01).Conclusion:BuYangHuanWuTang in the treatment of sciatica embodies both the strengths Fuzheng mainly, taking into account Eliminating Pathogens can the root cause, while temporary, has been made better than single Qufeng cold-dispelling the efficacy of dehumidification .
