新型多功能低膦阻垢分散剂在结垢型水中的研究和应用

摘　　要：针对石家庄医药化工厂严重结垢型水质及工况条件 ,通过静态阻垢试验和腐蚀试验 ,对原有配方进行了改进 ,研制出新型多功能低膦阻垢分散剂TS - 2 71,该药剂中加入了新研制的膦磺羧酸多元共聚物 ,由于药剂中含羧基、醛基、磺酸基、膦酸基等特效基团 ,对分散水中的CaCO3 、Ca3 (PO4) 2 、CaSO4及Fe(OH) 3 、Zn(OH) 2 等效果良好 ,与其他水处理剂混溶性较好 ,并能与锌盐很好复配 ,达到优良的缓蚀性能。该药剂经过 3a的实际应用 ,证明其具有优良的阻垢性能 ,特别对CaCO3Aiming at the quality of the most serious scaling typed water and working conditioins in Shijiazhuang Medical Chemistry Plant,the multifunctional and low phosphonic scale inhibitor TS-271 is chosen through static and corrosion tests. Oligomers containing phosphonic acid,sulphonic acid and carboxylic acid which have active functional radicals of carboxy,aldehyde,sulpho,phospho, etc . are added to the scale inhibitor. It can effectively control the depositions of scale such as CaCO 3, Ca 3(PO 4) 2,CaSO 4 and Fe(OH) 3,Zn(OH) 2 in water. It is a good corrosion inhibitor as well,when it is accompanied well with other agents particularly with zinc. The tests and applications show that TS-271 has excellent scale inhibition performance for scaling typed water.
