摘　　要：本文指出了各地文化强省(区)实践工作中,文化改革创新概念理解的片面性,界定了文化改革创新的概念、主体、主要工作内容、参与要素,描述了文化改革创新参与要素之间的关系,总结了文化改革创新促进文化产业发展的两条路径。This article points out the cultural reform innovation in the concept of one-sided understanding of cultural province(district) practical work, and secondly, defines the concept of cultural reform innovation, subject, work contents and participation factors, then, describes the Relationship of the cultural factors involved in reform innovation, and finally, summarizes the two paths of cultural reform innovation to promote the development of cultural industries.
