静磁场促进Colles骨折愈合的临床研究——附75例病例分析

摘　　要：为观察静磁场对骨折愈合的作用 ,将 75例闭合复位后Colles骨折的患者分为高磁组、低磁组和对照组 ,每组各 2 5例 ,分别给予相应的治疗 2个月。结果 :高磁组和低磁组的肿胀消退时间、疼痛消失时间和临床愈合时间皆短于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且高磁组短于低磁组 (P <0 0 5 )。To observe the action of static magnetism in healing Colles fracture,75 subjects were randomized into high magnetism group,low magnetism group and control group,25 cases in each group and with a course of 2 months.Results:The periods in swelling abatement,pain disappearance and clinical cure in high magnetism and low magnetism groups were strikingly shorter than those in control group ( P <0 05),and the periods in high magnetism group were shorter than those in low magnetism group ( P <0 05).
