视神经损伤鼻内窥镜下视神经管减压术

摘　　要：目的　分析间接性视神经损伤的特点以及鼻内窥镜下视神经管减压术的手术方法。方法　介绍 1 998～1 999年我院施行鼻内窥镜下视神经管减压术 6例 (6眼 ) ,比较手术前后的视力、瞳孔变化。结果　6例术后均维持和提高视力 ,肯定鼻内窥镜下视神经管减压术能改善间接损伤的视神经功能。结论　鼻内窥镜下视神经管减压术优于其他手术进路的视神经管减压术 。Objective To analyze the features of the indirect traumatic optic neuropathy and the method and results of nasal endoscopic optic nerve decompression for it.Methods 6 patients with indirect traumatic optic neuropathy from 1998 to 1999 was reviewed,all the patients underwent endoscopic optic nerve decompression,the preoperative and postoperative visual acuity and the change of the pupil were studied.Results After surgery,4 of the 6 patients had visual improvement,the other 2 cases maintained their visual acuity.Conclusion The nasal endoscopic optic nerve decompression may be advantage over the other optic nerve decompression procedure,it spares many complications and risks.
