摘　　要：将近交系 WKY 大鼠自体或异体垂体移植于正中隆起下方或颈部皮下。3周后血清促甲状腺素(TSH)、催乳素(PRL)水平大多恢复到术前水平,但幼年供体组 PRL 低于正常。5周后移植物组织学上都成活,但异体移植垂体细胞间有散在的淋巴细胞侵润。Auto-or allo-pituitary gland(adult or neonatal)were transplanted to the median eminence,orsubcutaneous of the inbred WKY female serum rats.TSHPRL were evaluated by radioimmunoassay and therats were killed 5 weeks postoperatively.The graftswere examined histologically.The hormone levelsreturned to preoperative status in all graftinggroups,but neonatal grafting rats revealed low PRLlevels,after three weeks of operation.The pituitarycells appeared alive in all grafting groups,butinfiltration of lymphocytes could be found amongallo-grafting cells which indicated immunologicalrejecting.Our study suggested that:Pituitary glandplaced subcutaneously could also reconstitute itsnormal function of secreating hormones:Neonatalpituitary was not a good donor,at least for restor-ing gonadotropin function;and allo-pituitarytranspalantation in inbred rats without the aid ofimmuno-suppressive agents could also obtainsatisfactory hormone secreation in the short term.
