摘　　要：目的　报告采用带蒂骨瓣转移治疗腕舟骨骨不连的疗效。方法　 1995～ 2 0 0 0年 ,对 4 8例腕舟骨骨不愈合 ,采用带血管蒂、筋膜蒂及肌蒂移位治疗。石膏固定 3个月 ,去石膏后辅以康复治疗。结果　随访 7个月～ 5年 ,术后 4 6例达骨性愈合 ,腕部疼痛、无力症状减轻或消失。功能按刘树清评定标准 ,优良率为 95 8%。结论　带蒂骨瓣成骨作用强 ,能促进骨折愈合 ,适用于腕舟骨骨不连的治疗 ,是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective To explore the result of treatment of non union of carpal scaphoid fracture by transfer of pedicled bone flap Methods From 1995 to 2000,48 case of non union of carpal scaphoid fracture were treated by transfer of vascular fascial and muscular pedicled bone flap.Postoperative immobilization was instituted for 3 months followed by rehabilitation.Results 48 cases were followed from 7 months to 5 years.Bone union was achieved in 46 cases,complete relief of the carpal joint pain and powerless were obtained.According to functional evaluation criteria by LIU Shu qing,the total fine rate was 95 8%.Conclusions The pedicled bone graft is able to promote healing of the fracture,and is especially suitable in the cases of non union of carpal scaphoid bone.
