摘　　要：目的 :探讨应用各种皮瓣对创伤性组织缺损进行了Ⅰ期修复的临床效果。方法 :对20例因创伤导致四肢不同部位软组织缺损 ,肌腱、骨组织外露者 ,在急诊清创后采用10种不同皮瓣Ⅰ期移植修复。皮瓣最小面积1 5cm×1 5cm ,最大面积16cm×28cm。结果 :20例皮瓣均完全成活 ,除1例胫腓骨开放性骨折因感染延期愈合外 ,其余19例均Ⅰ期愈合 ,肢体功能恢复满意。结论 :应用各种类型的皮瓣和肌皮瓣移植修复缺损组织是一种常用方法 ,而在条件允许的情况下 。Objevitve:To study the clinical effect of one-stage operation for repairing the traumatic defects of tissue with skin flap in different types.Methods:The one-stage transplantations were performed with different skin flap of 10 types after emergent debridement in the 20 patients with traumatic defects of soft tissues in their different sites of limbs.The lowest area of skin flap was 1.5cm×1.5cm,the greatest area was 16cm×28cm.Results:In the 20 cases?19 cases of grafting skin flap survived completely and the function of limbs recovered well.Only 1 case of open fracture of tibia and fibia was delayed healing caused by infection.Conclusion:Using skin flap and musculocutameous flap with different types for repairing the tissue defects is a common method.When the patient comdition is allowed.it ought to repair the tissue defects as far as possible after emergent debridement.
