摘 要:近几年来 ,随着聚合物驱油方式的工业化应用 ,萨中开发区注聚区块葡一组油层部位套管损坏井数急剧增加。套损的加剧直接影响着聚驱井网的正常生产 ,同时危胁着周围水驱井网的安全。通过研究注聚区块葡一组套损特点 ,系统地分析了引起葡一组油层部位套损的主要原因 ,分析认为套损加快的主要原因 :一是由于聚驱井网部分井长期超破裂压力注入聚合物溶液 ,导致油层破裂、出砂损坏套管 ;二是注聚后主力油层压力上升的同时 ,易在油层变差部位及二类连通的河间薄差层形成异常高压层 ,使通过该部位的多口油水井套管损坏。With the application of polymer flooding in recent years,the casing damage wells increase in Pu I member in the polymer flooding block in Sazhong development area. This prevents the normal production of the polymer flooding patterns and threatens their safety. This paper studies the casing damage characteristic of Pu I member of the polymer flooding block and anlyzes the causes of the damage. The analysis shows the following causes:1)polymer solution is injected with over broken pressure for a long time, making the reservoir broken with sand appearing and leads to casing damage;2)with the pressure increase of the major reservoir after polymer injection, abnormal high pressure horizon forms in the poor part of the reservoir and the thin layers of the 2nd class communication. This makes the casings of several oil and water wells passing this part damage. then it proposes some measures for controlling the casing damage.
