摘　　要：新旧信息系统的切换需要人、技术、管理的协调联系。从旧系统向新系统的切换方式有三种 :直接切换、并行切换和分段切换。新的信息系统取代旧的系统是组织发展的必经之路 ,是信息化社会组织生存的必然需求。新旧系统切换成功 ,是系统开发目标得以实现的第一步。参考文献 3。In this paper, the authors think that the switch between new and old information systems requires human, technological and management coordination. It can be direct switch, indirect switch or switch by modules. Its success is the first step to realize the objectives of the system deve lopment.3 refs.
