金地蓝消毒片对小鼠感染模型的体内抗菌作用观察

摘　　要：目的　观察金地蓝消毒片在体内的抗菌作用。方法　用临床分离的典型金黄色葡萄球菌和A族链球菌接种于牛肉膏汤体培养试管中 ,于 3 7℃孵箱中培养 18h。再加 5 %的酵母液倍化稀释成需要的浓度 ,将菌液种在小鼠腹腔内 ,分组灌胃给入蒸馏水、双黄连片和不同浓度金地蓝消毒片进行对照。结果　对腹腔感染金黄色葡萄球菌的小鼠灌胃给入金地蓝消毒片 3 .73 g/kg ,小鼠存活率为 66.7% ,与空白对照比较有显著性差异 ;对腹腔感染A族链球菌的小鼠灌胃给入金地蓝消毒片 3 .73g/kg ,小鼠存活率为 41.7% ,与空白对照比较有显著性差异。 结论　高剂量金地蓝消毒片对小鼠腹腔感染金黄色葡萄球菌有明显抗菌作用 ,对A族链球菌抗菌作用较弱。Objective The antibacterial effect of JinDiLan tablet in mice body was studied.Methods The golden staphylococcus and atreptococcus A that had been seperated from clinical were inoculated into the test tube containing beef cream; cultrued in the hatcher under37℃ for 18 hours, 5% yeast liquor was added to dilute it to a suitable levels. Then The bacterial liquor were inocutated into the abdominal cauity of mice. Distilled water and JinDiLan tablet with different conceatratious were gastric administered. Results When given JinDiLan tablet at dose of 3.73 g/kg, the mices infected by golden staphylococcus had a survival rate of 66.7%, while mice infected by streptococcus A had a survival rate of 41.7%, higher that of blank control group( P <0.05) Conclusion A high dose of Jin Di Lan tablet have remarkable antibacterial effect on mice infected by golden staphylococcus, and had less remarkable effect on mice infected by streptococcus A.
