摘　　要：目的　总结椎管侧前方减压治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折伴截瘫的经验。方法　采用椎管侧前方减压加植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折伴截瘫 2 7例。结果　经 5～ 60个月随访 ,按Frankel标准评定 ,2 2例等级提高 ,5例无改善。结论　胸腰椎爆裂骨折伴截瘫侧前方椎管减压直接、彻底。Objective To sun up our experience of anterolateral decompression for treating thiracolumbar spinal burst fracture. Methods 27 cases of thoracolumbar burst fracture were treated by anterolateral decompressiom and bone grafting. Results Followed up 5～60 months,the 22 cases promoted and the 5 cases had no change according to the Frankel's scale. Conclusion Anterolateral decompression is a effective way for treating thoracolumbar spinal burst fractures complicated by paraplegia
