钛网片与带蒂颅骨膜在颅骨鼻部脑膜脑膨出颅底重建术中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨钛网片和带蒂颅骨膜在伴有较大颅底缺损的颅鼻部脑膜脑膨出颅底重建术中的联合应用价值。方法　将钛网片放在折叠的具有良好血供的带蒂颅骨膜两层之间 ,对 11例具有较大颅底缺损的颅裂、脑膜脑膨出患者进行颅底重建。结果　 11例手术后均无感染出现 ,亦无脑膜脑膨出复发 ;2例术后出现短时间脑脊液鼻漏 ,经腰穿和静脉预防性应用抗生素痊愈。结论　应用钛网片和血供良好的带蒂颅骨膜修复颅裂、颅鼻部脑膜脑膨出是一种简单安全有效的方法。Objective To explore the application of titanium mesh in combination with vascularized pericranium for the repair of cranium bifidum with cranionasal meningoencaphlocele.Methods 11 patients who suffered from cranium bifidum with cranionasal meningoencaphlocele with large anterior skull base defects were included in this study. Tanium mesh was put intothe two layers of continuous vascularized pericranium to reconstruct the defected anterior base of skull.Results No cases got infected and there were not recurrence of meningoencaphlocele.2 of 11 cases had CSF leakage for short time and were cured by lumber puncture and prophylactic use of antibiotics.Conclusions Use of titanium mesh in combination with vascularized pericranium is a safe, effective and easy method for the repair of cranium bifidum with cranionasal meningoencephalocele.
