抚触对新生儿排便及黄疸的影响

摘　　要：目的　通过抚触缩短胎便排净天数 ,减轻生理性黄疸 ,促进婴儿健康发育。方法　将 180例足月新生儿 (剖宫产 )随机分为抚触组与对照组各 90例 ,对抚触组新生儿进行正规手法抚触活动 ,观察两组新生儿排胎便和排黄便的时间及黄疸的变化。结果　抚触组新生儿第一次排胎便和排黄便时间明显缩短 ,与对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,抚触组新生儿一周内黄疸较轻与对照组相比有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　抚触可促进新生儿胎便排泄 ,有助于减轻生理性黄疸的程度。Objective To shorten days of the defecation of newborn baby and lighten the physiologic icterus of newborn baby and promote upgrowth of newborn baby by touching.Methods To divide 180 newborn babies of one month old (Caesarean births) into two groups, and to compare the effect of using normative touch by random sampling,and to observe the change of defecation and icterus of two groups' newborn babies.Results After using this method, the time of the defecation of newborn baby is shortened.The difference is significant(P<0.01).Meanwhile,within one week, it brings the feeblish effect for the icterus of newborn baby,the difference is significant (P<0.01), too. Conclusions The defecation of newborn baby will be meliorated by touching. At same time, this method administers to lighten the physiologic icterus of newborn baby.
