摘　　要：以对甲苯碘酸为催化剂 ,以丙烯酸和正丁醇为原料 ,对反应精馏合成丙烯酸正丁酯的过程进行了研究 ,考察了各操作参数对丙烯酸正丁酯收率的影响 .确定了较适宜的工艺条件 ,具有醇酸比低 ,催化剂和阻取剂可循环使用 ,酯收率高的特点 .The reaction rectification process of the esterification of acrylic acid with n-butanol on the p-toluenesulfonic acid has been studied. The effects of reaction conditions on the yield for n-butylacrylate were investigated. The better conditions of the reaction were determined. The rate of n-butanol/acrylic acid is lower, catalyst and inhibitor are recycle, the yield of n-buty1 acrylate is higher.
