摘  要:用 50mmol/LCaCl2 浸泡玉米种子 3 6h之后 ,将其幼苗放在低温下胁迫处理 ,蒸馏水处理作对照 .结果表明 :处理组玉米幼苗的成活率明显高于对照组 ,而且 ,处理组的质膜、液膜膜H+-ATPase活性也明显高于对照组 ;但处理组电解质渗透率却低于对照组 .说明Ca2 +能提高玉米幼苗的抗寒性 ,也能提高质膜、液泡膜H+-ATPase活性 ,能降低叶片的电解质渗透率 .The studied on effects of calcium on chilling resistance and membrane H +-ATPase activities of corn seedlings.The corn seedlings were treated by low temperature stress after soaking their seeds in 50 mmol/L of CaCl 2 solution.The result showd that the survival rate and the activities of the H +-ATPase in plasma membrane and tonoplast of treated group were much higher than that of control group,but ,the electrolytic leakage of treated group was lower than that of control group.Calcium increased the chilling resistance and the activities of the H +-ATPase in plasma membrane and tonoplast,decreased the leakage of electrolytes in corn seedlings.
